- Payment for the services shall be due upon completion of the move. The customer agrees to pay the company in full prior to unloading at the destination.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may result in a cancellation fee.
- The customer may cancel the services by providing written notice to the company at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date.
- If the customer cancels the services less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date, the customer will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee.
- In the event that the company cancels the services for any reason, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
Liability:
Our company is liable for any loss or damage to your belongings caused by our negligence. We are not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, acts of God, or inherent vice in the items being transported.
- The company will not be liable for any loss or damage to items that are not listed in the inventory provided by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage for their items during transport.
- The company’s liability for any loss or damage to the customer’s items is limited to the value of the items as declared by the customer on the inventory list.
